The Strategic Engineering Manager is accountable for leading and overseeing the engineering functions within the organization, developing and executing strategies that align with long-term corporate objectives. This role is focused on optimizing engineering processes, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational efficiency in key projects, while maintaining a continuous emphasis on ongoing improvement and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement organizational-level engineering strategies that align with the company’s long-term strategic goals.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery and quality of projects.
• Oversee resource allocation and budget management for engineering projects, ensuring financial viability and operational efficiency.
• Drive the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies and ensure that best practices are consistently applied across all engineering processes.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to identify and leverage opportunities for innovation and optimization in processes, products, and services.
• Supervise the training and professional development of the engineering team, cultivating a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability regulations across all engineering initiatives.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics for team and project outcomes, taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide senior management with comprehensive reports and analysis on the performance and outcomes of the engineering department.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field).
• At least 5 years of leadership experience within the engineering domain, ideally in a strategic capacity.
• Advanced English.
• Strong expertise in project management, process optimization, and team leadership.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions within the organization.
• Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software applications.
