Job summary

PwC Monterrey is hiring a Senior Manager in Digital Assurance to lead risk and IT controls audits over digital environments, data and AI systems, and related governance. You will coach teams, manage client engagements, and apply professional standards to deliver independent, high-quality assurance across diverse stakeholders.

You will be expected to communicate clearly, develop thought leadership, and evolve expertise while maintaining timelines and driving performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in one of the listed fields.
• 10+ years of business process or IT controls auditing experience.
• English proficiency required (oral and written).
• CPA or CISA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and coaches across Managers, Seniors and Staff.
• Deliver value by solving complex problems and communicating how things fit together.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.
