Viva is seeking a Comptrollership Operations Excellence Sr Manager to optimize general accounting, close processes, and policy development. You will lead Record to Report improvements, IFRS/GAAP alignment, and ERP automation to drive accurate, timely financial statements for a fast-growing Latin American airline.

The ideal candidate has IFRS experience, a background in public company reporting, and a strong ability to interpret accounting policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Intermediate English proficiency required.
• Experience at a publicly traded company with stock exchange reporting requirements.
• Strong interpretation of accounting policies.
• Experience with accounting standards such as IFRS.
• Record to Report expertise.
• Comptrollership experience.
