Viva, the leading ultra-low-cost airline in the Americas, invites an IT Internal Audit Sr. Coordinator to join the internal audit team in Mexico City. You will coordinate IT audits focusing on SAP, evaluate technology controls, and help strengthen our risk management and security posture.

You will work with cross-functional teams, ensure corrective actions, and oversee outsourced audits to maintain high standards of compliance, control efficiency, and data protection.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years in IT Audit, Technology Risk, or Internal Controls.
• Experience auditing SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITGCs, ITACs, SOX, and ISO 27001.
• Experience with COBIT.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC; ACL or data analytics preferred.
• Intermediate English.
• Analytical thinking, teamwork, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate IT audits per the annual plan.
• Evaluate technology risks and controls on critical platforms.
• Audit SAP and related processes using COBIT.
• Prepare working papers and audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Track action plans from audits and follow up.
• Oversee partially outsourced audits for quality and timely delivery.
• Assess ITGCs and ITACs effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls.
• Drive improvements to information security policies and procedures.
