About the role
As Senior Manager, Commodity Management and Sourcing, you will play a critical role in leading sourcing strategies, managing commodity operations, and driving logistics and inventory efficiency across a multi-plant environment. Your leadership will directly impact operational excellence, inventory performance, and strategic project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager, Commodity Management and Sourcing , you’ll be responsible for:
Leading projects related to sourcing, commodity management, and logistics optimization (Plan for Every Part, Kanban, IEM).
Supervising y desarrollando un equipo de alto desempeño alineado con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.
Implementing and tracking KPIs related to inventory levels, obsolescence, Kanban cards, and operational efficiency.
Managing operations across a multi-plant campus, ensuring consistency and best practices.
Delivering executive-level presentations and maintaining strong communication with senior leadership.
Calculating warehouse capacity and defining JIT and layout parameters.
Ensuring compliance with technical standards in HVAC systems and industrial processes.
Requirements
We are looking for people who are technically skilled, results-driven, and thrive in high-performance environments. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced English (required).
5 to 6 years of experience in managerial roles within logistics, or sourcing.
Strong technical knowledge in production planning, logistics flow, and inventory management.
Experience in multi-plant operations and cross-functional team leadership.
Deep understanding of KPIs, including inventory metrics, obsolescence, and Kanban systems.
Ability to calculate warehouse capacity and apply JIT principles.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence at executive levels.
Availability to work 100% on-site
Experience with SAP.
Exposure to HVAC-related operations.
Experience leading strategic plant-level projects
