A leading fintech company in Mexico seeks a Senior Analytics Manager to drive the analytics organization. You will lead a team of analysts, standardize processes, and ensure that data informs high-impact business decisions. We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to drive Tala’s analytics organization to the next level. As Senior Analytics Manager, you’ll lead a team of analysts, standardize analytics processes, and ensure our data drives high-impact business decisions across product, finance, operations, and beyond. This role is central to shaping how we measure, understand, and optimize our business performance. You’ll partner with business leaders and the Data Platform team to deliver reliable insights, scalable processes, and actionable analytics that empower decision-making across the company.
Compensation: $170,000 - $250,000 a year
