You will drive controls, compliance, and process improvements across AER, leading cross-functional teams and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Advanced accounting knowledge including US GAAP and IFRS/local GAAP.
• Experience leading cross-functional finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee month-end close, ensure GAAP reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and KPIs.
• Maintain strong controls and compliance with AER policies.
• Coordinate accounting services with operations; interpret data.
• Lead harmonization projects across AER processes and systems (SAP, SLAN, FIT/HFM).
• Build and develop a high-performing AER team, recruiting and developing talent.
