Job summary

Infosys Limited in Mexico is seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to join our Payments regulatory processes team. You will design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications, focusing on COBOL, JCL, and DB2, and optimize batch performance.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with agile teams and strong communication. Work will be performed three days per week from Exportec office in Toluca and two days remote as needed.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Mainframe environments with COBOL, JCL and DB2.
• Responsible for programming, development and maintenance of regulatory processes in payments.
• Ability to adapt to agile frameworks and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Mainframe programming and development: design, code, and maintain applications.
• Develop and optimize Batch processes and data file management.
• Use Endeavor and TWS for version control and batch scheduling.
• Online programming for the development of transactions and services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams with clear communication.
• Identify and proactively resolve complex technical issues.
