Hovland Barnes, a leading international strategy consulting firm with a strong Mexico City presence, seeks a seasoned Senior Strategy Consultant. You will lead workstreams, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact analyses and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

The role requires an MBA, 5+ years in strategy consulting, and expertise in M&A, financial modeling, and market analysis. Fluency in English and a hybrid work model in Mexico City are offered.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent graduate qualification.
• 5+ years in strategy consulting or analytical roles.
• Experience in M&A, financial modeling, market analysis, and business plan development.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Tableau.
• Strong communication of complex concepts; leadership and talent development.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day activities of one or more workstreams and oversee analyses.
• Manage analysts and consultants across cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market sizing, build business models, perform rigorous quantitative analyses.
• Design analytical frameworks to solve complex business problems.
• Lead primary and secondary research, surveys, market analyses.
• Prepare executive deliverables and present findings to senior leadership.
• Serve as the client day-to-day contact and manage expectations.
• Support business development and strengthen client relationships.
• Contribute to recruiting, mentorship, diversity, and knowledge sharing.
