Altman Solon in Mexico City seeks a Senior Consultant to lead project workstreams, mentor analysts, and present insights to clients. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in market sizing, customer segmentation and go-to-market strategies.

Available location: Mexico City. Compensation includes MXN 177,000 per year plus a performance bonus, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within a global TMT strategy practice.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant consulting experience or an MBA with 3 years of experience.
• Experience leading project workstreams and coordinating analysts/consultants.
• Strong quantitative skills: market sizing, financial modeling, structuring problems.
• Ability to develop and deliver client-ready recommendations and presentations.
• Proven ability to build relationships and support business development.

Responsabilités

• Guide day-to-day activities of one or more project workstreams and manage analysts.
• Lead deck development and present key findings to clients.
• Develop content expertise and support client relationships and business development.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal initiatives and culture.
• Support recruiting and firm-building efforts across projects.
