RevoRE is expanding its Mexico City showroom to sell a diverse portfolio across Riviera Maya, Baja California Sur, Yucatán and Mexico City. You will manage end-to-end sales from qualified leads to escritura, focusing on high-ticket residential properties and investment outcomes for international buyers.

You will travel with buyers for visits and closings, build investment cases, and mentor a small advisory team when needed.

Formación

• 5+ years of selling high-ticket residential real estate with verifiable results.
• Fluent English; able to present and negotiate in English weekly.
• Experience with luxury real estate brands and brokers in Mexico City.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a personal sales pipeline: discovery to escrituración and closing.
• Build compelling investment cases: yield, price per m², comps, ownership costs.
• Host showroom visits and closing trips; travel with buyers as needed.
• Coach and coordinate a small advisory team (2–4) when required; lead pipeline reviews.
• Coordinate with external brokers to avoid cannibalizing your pipeline; maintain CRM cleanliness.
• Set response-time standards and contribute to pricing discussions with market data.
