Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in residential or luxury real estate.
• Fluent English or Spanish; both are a strong advantage.
• Valid Real Estate License or ability to obtain one
• Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills
• Excellent client relationship, communication and follow-up skills
• Experience working with international clients is a plus

Luxury Real Estate Signature is looking for an experienced English-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our team in Playa del Carmen.

We are a premium real estate agency specializing in property acquisition, investment, relocation, and personalized support for international clients in the Riviera Maya.

The role

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for developing your own client portfolio, understanding clients’ needs and guiding them throughout the purchasing process — from the first contact to the closing.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing your own client portfolio
• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Qualifying leads and understanding their investment or lifestyle goals
• Presenting and showing properties
• Advising clients throughout the purchasing process
• Building strong relationships with international buyers and investors
• Following up with leads and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Working closely with our internal team and trusted partners

We are looking for

• Fluent English or Spanish - Both are a strong advantage
• Valid Real Estate License or ability to obtain one according to local regulations
• 2–3 years of experience in residential and/or luxury real estate, with strong knowledge of the local market
• Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills
• Excellent client relationship, communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with CRM, social media and digital marketing tools
• Autonomous, professional, reliable and flexible
• Experience working with international clients is a plus
