Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to oversee leather wrapping processes and ensure compliance with Manufacturing and Corporate Process Specifications. You will act as a liaison between local facilities and the global Steering Wheel Product Line, driving 1P1P strategies and process optimization.
Ideal candidates have extensive leather manufacturing experience in automotive contexts, strong industrial engineering knowledge, and bilingual Spanish/English communication for global
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field and experience with leather manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of process flow design, line balancing, and manufacturing optimization.
- Experience supporting new business development and quotation activities.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as local SME in leather wrapping processes and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Act as liaison between local facilities and global Steering Wheel Product Line.
- Support production and development projects with equipment alignment and 1P1P strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, cost, safety, automation and productivity.
- Provide technical leadership to the Autonomous Manufacturing Organization.
