Carrier Operations is seeking a high-performance professional to lead Continuous Improvement across factories, guiding system rollout, coaching site leaders, and driving KPI results in U.S. manufacturing sites.

You will mentor lean practitioners, lead kaizen events, and develop capabilities to sustain a regional CI program aligned with Carrier's standards and strategic goals. This role offers visibility into BU level operations and the opportunity to shape the region's Lean Transformation

Formación

• 8+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations with progressive leadership & technical responsibilities.
• 3+ years of Lean, Six Sigma or OpEx experience.
• Strong Lean knowledge on Advanced Value Stream Mapping, Manufacturing Standard Work & Cell Design, PFEP, supplier integration, and lean transformation.
• Experience leading cross functional Kaizen teams.
• Proven ability to build the best teams, work toward common goals and deliver results with pace.
• Hands-on execution with a bias for action.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sustainable improvements across the business.
• Foster a teamwork environment, in leadership or peer roles.
• Coach/guide/mentor Site Managers to translate goals into CI initiatives in macro plans.
• Provide CI training to develop Cx & lean capabilities.
• Train Cx champions and enable framework rollout.
• Lead kaizen events/projects to improve performance and close gaps.
• Enable channels to communicate and implement best practices.
• Guide the CI framework to achieve site certifications.
• Promote Carrier’s culture and values.
• Mentor additional CI resources across sites.
