Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is a multifamily office that has served individuals and families of substantial wealth for 118 years. Headquartered in New York City, the firm provides wealth management services, including estate planning, tax planning, family company advisory, philanthropic, insurance, and real estate advisory services. These services are designed to help clients achieve long-term financial objectives and maintain financial security across generations. Today, the company oversees more than $200 billion in assets for over 3,000 clients, including families, foundations, and endowments.

Requirements

• Experience setting up and maintaining thousands of servers on AWS (a significant advance if it is for fintech).
• Strong knowledge of Ansible for automation, configuration, deployment, and overall management. Understanding controlling complex Ansible workflows.
• Experience developing AWS and Ansible Policies for preventive measures.
• Understanding ServiceNow for automating incident management, network performance monitoring, and change management workflows.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage AWS Cloud Networking solutions, utilizing Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) to drive cloud-based network infrastructure.
• Automate network tasks and processes using Ansible, streamlining deployment and configuration management.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for in-house network technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with teams across Technology Operations, Server Group, Desktop Support, Information Security, and Audit.
• Proactively identify and recommend new projects, improvements, and innovative solutions based on monitoring data, prior experience, and hardware expertise.
