Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst LATAM in Mexico City to lead OpEx and Inventory Reserve reporting across LATAM. You will partner with regional Finance and Operations to ensure timely, accurate data and provide actionable insights for profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in finance, English fluency, and strong Excel, Power BI, HFM, SAP 6.0 experience. Travel up to 10% is expected, with close collaboration across LATAM entities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• +5 years of experience in a finance role.
• Local GAAP Knowledge.
• Strong knowledge in Office and Excel, handling large data volumes.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with Power BI, HFM and SAP 6.0.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation and analysis of LATAM OpEx and E&O reserves across entities.
• Own regional OpEx/HFM/E&O calendar; manage month-end close, forecasts and AOP.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and rollforwards; identify risks and opportunities.
• Perform variance analysis with explanations for management.
• Create quarterly reports and executive presentations for decisions.
• Collaborate with Controllers, HR, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
• Monitor performance; suggest actions to optimize spend and profitability.
• Support inventory reserve analysis and related reporting.
• Coordinate with U.S. AP and regional stakeholders for timely processing.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting tools and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards; support ad hoc analyses.
