Nasdaq seeks a Technical Consultant for the Customer Delivery team in CDC Mexico to design, implement and support Nasdaq's capital markets solutions, collaborating with clients to capture requirements and deliver value.

You will mentor customers, coordinate with development and R&D, and ensure the system meets technical needs. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential. Travel may be required to support deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems or technical analysis experience, preferably in the capital markets industry.
• Strong knowledge of Java, REST API, RMI, J2EE, Spring Boot, Docker.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Business-level English and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Design/Implementation of the solution: Configuration and customization (Custom Code using Java, Messaging, and reporting templates).
• Defining and improvement of best practices.
• Meetings with clients (Requirements, support, demonstration, training).
• People development: eLearning, documentation, presentations, certification.
• Follow up on pending items (Jira).
• Train users and customer developers on the basic use of the system.
