HCLTech is looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to lead the development of enterprise web applications using Java (JEE/Spring Boot) and Angular/React. This hands-on technical leader will drive architecture, coding standards, and delivery excellence within a SCRUM team.

You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and security requirements, while mentoring teammates and promoting engineering best practices.

Formación

• 4-6+ years in full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of Java (8/11/17+), OOP, and concurrency fundamentals.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Kafka, SQL and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and code reviews for enterprise web apps.
• Guide a scrum team on engineering best practices and delivery.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security and compliance needs.

Mandatory/Required Skills.

· Java (8/11/17+), Core Java, OOP, Collections, Concurrency (strong fundamentals)

· Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate/JPA

· Apache Kafka

· Databases: Strong in relational DBs, schema & query optimization (SQL)

· Tools/Process: Git, Agile/Scrum; experience with CI/CD pipelines
