Sequoia Connect is seeking a Java Backend Developer to help drive digital transformation on a global scale. You will design and implement backend microservices with Spring Boot, leverage Kafka for streaming, and manage MongoDB data in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• 8 to 10 years of backend software experience.
• Hands-on with building microservices using Spring Boot.
• Experience with streaming/messaging systems such as Kafka.
• Strong understanding of container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience handling non-relational data in MongoDB.
• Proficiency in establishing and maintaining CI/CD workflows.
• Experience deploying services in Microsoft Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.
• Resolve complex and critical application issues and coordinate with IT teams.
• Monitor performance and collaborate with Product teams to improve stability.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and share advanced training.
