Infosys is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for a large-scale enterprise e-commerce platform. You will work with Java, Spring Boot, and a microservices architecture to build robust APIs and event-driven solutions.

The role requires hands-on coding, strong problem-solving, and collaboration with Product Owners, QA, and leadership to deliver features on aggressive timelines.

Formación

• 3+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL implementation and integration.
• Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming platforms.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with distributed systems, scalability patterns, and high-volume transactional applications.
• Understanding of software design patterns and clean coding practices.
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build and enhance APIs and service integrations using REST and GraphQL.
• Develop highly available, fault-tolerant, and performant applications that support critical e-commerce business functions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment and production support.
