The Senior IT Specialist – Cybersecurity & Infrastructure is responsible for implementing and maintaining the global cybersecurity framework, ensuring compliance, managing IT infrastructure security, and coordinating with corporate teams to protect digital assets and ensure business continuity.
- Implement the global cybersecurity framework at the site level, aligning with corporate standards.
- Manage the vulnerability management process, including scanning, remediation, and reporting.
- Act as the local point of contact for global cybersecurity initiatives and communications.
- Lead the incident response process, coordinating containment, recovery, and communication.
- Ensure operational continuity by maintaining and testing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
- Monitor security systems and tools, responding to alerts and taking corrective actions.
- Maintain updated documentation of security controls, baselines, and compliance reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing technical evidence and documentation.
- Collaborate on IT infrastructure projects to ensure secure-by-design implementations.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or similar.
Technical Knowledge:
- Experience with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT.
- Proficiency in vulnerability management tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys).
- Experience with SIEM, SOC, and endpoint protection tools.
- Solid knowledge of networks, firewalls, Active Directory, and infrastructure security.
- Business continuity and disaster recovery planning (BCP/DRP).
- Cloud security experience with Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar cybersecurity or infrastructure roles.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly desirable.
- Participation in audits, security project implementation, and incident management.
