Citi is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead a large, complex technology organization. You will drive strategic initiatives, partner with business leaders to align IT with business goals, and oversee budgets, planning, and risk management.

The role requires extensive experience in finance-related tech, architecture, and end-to-end delivery. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Senior-level technical leadership in financial/ERP systems.
• Experience with architecture of solutions and end-to-end system delivery.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, risk & control, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Functions in Chief Of Staff capacity to ensure strategy is implemented.
• Collaborates with IT executives and business leaders to create IT business plan.
• Scans external IT environment to provide planning assumptions.
• Manages mergers & acquisitions and outsourcing activities.
• Ensures SLAs are met and issues with potential impact are resolved.
• Provides evaluative judgment using multiple information sources.
• Leads team with full management responsibilities including budget and planning.
• Oversees risk management and compliance with laws and regulations.
