Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience, solid data analysis abilities, and familiarity with Jira, BPMN, and requirements management. The position targets Mexico and requires proactive collaboration with business and IT teams.

Formación

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and build relationships.
• Self-motivation to take initiative and learn quickly.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT.
• Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues through evaluation of processes and standards and recommend solutions.
• Support system change processes from requirements through implementation with analytical input.
• Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provide user/operational support.
• Identify risks and impacts, considering business implications of technology.
• Act as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts and collaborate to achieve objectives.
• Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgement.
• Serve as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members.
• Escalate and manage control issues with transparency and compliance with laws and policies.
