Citigroup Inc. is seeking an entry-level IT Business Analyst 1 to liaise between business users and technologists, exchanging information clearly to support the Technology team.

The role contributes to ongoing analysis of performance and planning to drive business improvements. Responsibilities include defining objectives, validating requirements, and collaborating to deliver objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and Citi policies.

Formación

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of business systems and industry standards.
• Proven interpersonal skills to develop working relationships.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly.
• Methodical work approach with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Define project objectives through research activities and document business requirements.
• Participate in validation and testing activities.
• Work as a team to accomplish objectives and perform other duties as assigned.
• Assess applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures.
• Conduct business analysis activities by utilizing business analysis procedures and concepts.
• Exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical manner.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with laws and Citi policies.

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
