Formación

• 8 years of experience managing IT assets through their lifecycle.
• In-depth understanding of IT Asset management lifecycle processes and tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Discovery technologies.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day processes and procedures to support ongoing ITAM operations.
• Act as SME to support IT Asset Management projects.
• Implement continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with Asset Owners to maintain accurate asset information.
• Research and implement business requirements and features requested by business units.
• Maintain and publish Asset metrics and create custom reports.
