IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Intellectual Property & Brands to lead enforcement and brand protection across the organization. The role oversees trademark and copyright matters, coordinates with global IP counsel, and drives strategic use of Anaqua for governance and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Paralegal certificate required.
• 10+ years' experience as in-house trademark paralegal.
• Experience with trademark management software such as Anaqua.
• Excellent judgment and analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• High degree of interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Global IP enforcement, including watch notices and evidence management; develop brand protection strategies and domain/cyber enforcement plans.
• Provide clearance opinions on new trademarks; review regional hotel names for IP implications.
• Serve as lead on Anaqua to enable training and tracking of IP activities.
• Manage US copyright filings and maintain patent portfolio; ensure IP guidelines for third parties are followed.
• Handle first line communications and investigations in defensive actions for IP infringement claims.
