Carrier is seeking a Sr. Manager - Materials to lead a large team of materials and logistics professionals. You will define inventory strategies, oversee material availability for production, and drive cost reduction initiatives across cross-functional projects.

The role requires a strong background in materials management, ERP/MRP systems, and proven leadership in a manufacturing environment. The position is based at our Monterrey area facility in Mexico and offers a competitive rewards package.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related function.
• Proven experience leading large teams in manufacturing or operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a large team of materials and logistics professionals and team leaders.
• Define and implement materials and inventory management strategies to support production targets.
• Establish inventory and quality control systems to ensure material availability and accuracy.
• Lead cost reduction, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional projects and report performance to senior management.
