Qualifications

• Experience leading interior design projects from concept through construction documents.
• Strong ability to coordinate concept development with functional and project criteria.
• Ability to lead client engagements and design presentations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and refine the full interior design process adhering to project goals and standards.
• Coordinate development of detailed design concepts and criteria.
• Lead design presentations to prospective clients and participate in marketing efforts.
• Coordinate integration of engineering systems into overall project design.
• Review and ensure accuracy and compliance of documents per project manual.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with clients, partners, and consultants.
