The candidate will manage localization and adaptation video projects across global clients, ensuring seamless delivery on time and budget. Formación

• 5 - 8+ years of post production experience is required.
• Must have experience managing localization/adaptation video projects.
• Experience working in a global team setting is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with Post Production Director and producers to develop best practices.
• Ensure seamless project delivery on brief, on time, and on budget.
• Share expertise to develop team skills and enhance processes.
• Support client relationship management and help in retention.

Post production experience across multiple platforms

Experience / knowledge of business affairs / TV admin

Proven ability to provide excellent client service

Ability to prioritize effectively across projects

We're looking for a

• hands‑on producer
• to provide video post‑production experience / knowledge in our growing creative & experience production team.

You will work as part of a global team and be responsible for managing localisation / adaptation video projects across a variety of clients.

Ensuring the seamless delivery of projects that meet our clients' ambition, production values and commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with our Post Production Director and other producers within the Agency to develop and embed best practice across the team.
• Work closely with account management teams to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, on brief, on time and on budget.
• Support in developing and maintaining the current post production processes.
• Share your experience / knowledge to develop the skills of the wider team.
• Embed a commercially minded culture and support the team to maximize all commercial opportunities.
• Reflect the agency's values and culture at all times.
• Develop client relationships and actively support retention and development.

What you'll bring to the role (skills and experience)

• Post production experience across multiple platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of broadcast / post production workflows.
• Experience / knowledge of business affairs / TV admin.
• Proven ability to provide excellent client service.
• Ability to prioritise effectively across a number of projects, managing time and resources according to each production's requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure calmly and effectively, and to tight deadlines.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Methodical, proactive self‑starter with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite – Premiere / Photoshop / After Effects etc.
• Knowledge of TV formats, codecs and audio standards.
• Industry relationships / Talent black book.
