You will collaborate across R&D, Controls, Operations, and Engineering to deliver technology-driven projects that boost efficiency and capacity.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering and 7+ years in large-scale manufacturing, with advanced English and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical or mechatronic engineering.
• 7+ years in large-scale manufacturing environments.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Able to travel frequently.
• Strong knowledge of robotics and automation systems.
• Experience commissioning and optimizing automated equipment.
• Data-driven decision making and KPI focus.
• Process design and layout planning experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology investigations and integration for strategic manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop solutions to reduce costs, increase capacity, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Controls, Operations, and Engineering to align projects.
• Serve as manufacturing lead for automation and controls with external vendors.
• Design efficient, manufacturable processes improving quality, safety, yield, and cost.
• Resolve complex manufacturing challenges using DOE, A3, and data analytics.
• Provide technical leadership in robotics, industrial controls, interfaces, and AI.
