Rheem Manufacturing Company in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico seeks a Reliability Engineer to drive test strategies and data-driven improvements for our product lines.

You will develop prediction models, design test cycles, analyze warranty and DFMEA outputs, support DOE, and work with Product Engineering on root-cause investigations.

Minimum 1 year of experience in reliability or quality roles is required; a Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred for this position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reliability, quality, design, or industrial engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Develop reliability prediction models and recommend test methodologies as needed.
• Develop reliability test cycles based on real-world product usage profiles and field conditions.
• Analyze warranty data, DFMEA outputs, PFMEA and Control Plan inputs, and field findings to prevent recurrence of failures in testing and the field.
• Assist the Reliability Lab and Product Engineering with test failure investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.
• Support Product Engineering in the application of Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis.
