Johnson Controls in Torreon, Mexico, seeks a Test Engineer to provide hands-on, day-to-day testing support for small tonnage screw and scroll chillers. You will manage tests from design to data analysis and reporting to customers.

The role requires a bachelor's in IMA/IME, 4+ years in HVAC/R test development, and experience with LabVIEW and data acquisition systems. English proficiency and a collaborative, safety-conscious mindset are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IMA, IME or related field.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• 4+ years of direct work experience in small tonnage screw and scroll chiller testing.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with customer for factory witness test and operations partners.
• Plan and execute tests of screw and scroll chillers.
• Communicate test plans with sales engineers.
• Create test details specifying conditions to meet customer needs.
• Use in-house rating program to determine chiller performance.
• Acquire and analyze data; diagnose and troubleshoot equipment.
