We seek a Senior HR Generalist to support our AMER region, offering their expertise in a global HR function. This exciting role involves shaping and creating future HR initiatives, serving as a driver and practitioner in both regional and global projects. You will join a global team of HR professionals to deliver precise, compliant, and scalable HR operations, advise on HR issues across the employee lifecycle, and partner with regional leadership. An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data trends are essential.

Location: This role is remote within the AMER region.

The role entails:

  1. Delivering accurate and compliant HR operations promptly.
  2. Collaborating closely with the Americas HR Manager and Global Head of HR to impact all HR regions.
  3. Managing processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
  4. Working with managers on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, rewards, and workforce planning.
  5. Partnering with the HRIS team to improve HR administrative processes.
  6. Advising managers on employee relations issues across countries.
  7. Supporting training and development programs.
  8. Building trusted regional partnerships.
  9. Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  10. Designing policies and delivering global HR projects.

**Qualifications:**

  • Strong academic record from high school and university.
  • Experience leading HR initiatives across regions within a tech company.
  • Regional HR experience in Latin America, especially Brazil and/or Mexico, with knowledge of local laws and market insights.
  • Business partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on approach to daily HR routines.
  • Mentoring and development skills.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Experience in remote-first organizations.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in business English.
  • Self-motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, results-oriented, open-minded, enthusiastic.
  • Willing to travel up to 4 times a year.
