What You’ll Do

As a Senior HR Generalist you will:

  • Build strong relationships with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Participate in business unit meetings to provide HR insights and workforce planning support
  • Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Coach managers to foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and engagement
  • Support organizational change and cultural transformation efforts
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic actions
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Oversee recruitment processes and job description development
  • Support workers’ compensation, safety programs, and leave administration
  • Maintain accurate HR systems and employee data
  • Mentor HR team members and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree required. A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws required.
  • Strong expertise in organizational development, change management, and leadership coaching.
  • Advanced in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong web browsing and internet research capabilities.

Work Schedule
  • May include variable start/end times outside of the company’s standard business hours of 7:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m.
Compensation

Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus.
