THE WORK
Partner closely with leaders to provide hands-on HR support that helps teams grow and thrive.
Translate fast-moving business goals into people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and a strong sense of belonging.
Support culture-building efforts and help navigate change as the company evolves.
Own and run performance processes, including review cycles and 360-degree feedback, ensuring they stay lightweight and effective.
Work with managers to spot development opportunities and support team growth.
Use employee feedback and people data to inform leadership decisions and shape a great employee experience.
Champion a culture that values connection, motivation, and well-being, especially during periods of growth or change.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
4+ years in HR Business Partner or generalist roles, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Familiarity with performance management processes, including reviews and 360 assessments.
Solid understanding of organizational development and change management fundamentals.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and levels.
Comfortable using data, feedback and a variety of HR platforms such as applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, and payroll tools.
Confident navigating fast-paced digital environments using collaborative tools and internal communication platforms.
Passionate about creating inclusive, people-first cultures where teams feel supported, motivated and connected.
