What you’ll do

MiQ is a global programmatic media partner, helping brands and agencies make smarter marketing decisions through data, technology, and human insight. We blend programmatic expertise and leading AI technology with consultative partnership to drive real business outcomes.

MiQ Sigma is the company’s transformative AI-powered advertising technology trained on the world’s most connected data set. Its unified intelligence platform brings together data, technology, and campaign workflows, applies advanced AI to make smarter, data-driven marketing decisions, and fundamentally shifts how brands and advertisers connect with consumers in today’s fragmented digital landscape.

As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll serve as an advisor to business leaders across the Latin America region. This role partners closely with regional leadership and global HR colleagues to implement and adapt people strategies that drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and growth.

You will play a critical role in expanding our presence in emerging LatAm markets. This includes leading initiatives to roll out local benefits programs and partnering with the SVP of Talent, EMEA & The Americas, to support the transition of employees from Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements to full employment under newly established legal entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with employees across the LatAm region to understand business objectives, talent needs, and operational challenges.
  • Align HR programs with business goals and ensure consistency with global HR standards and local market nuances.
  • Entity Expansion & EOR Transitions
  • Partner with the SVP of Talent to support the transition of employees from third-party EORs to new legal entities across emerging LatAm markets.
  • Help scope and implement local employment practices and onboarding processes in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  • Act as a champion for change management, ensuring a smooth employee experience during transitions.
  • Benefits Rollout & Compliance
  • Work with SVP of Talent to lead the implementation and localization of employee benefits programs across the LatAm region.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure competitive, compliant offerings tailored to each country during renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, escalating risks and leading corrective action plans where needed.
  • Talent & Performance Management
  • Guide managers through performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, development planning, and performance improvement.
  • Champion a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Employee Relations & Culture Building
  • Provide support on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with leadership to promote an inclusive and engaging culture that reflects company values and supports retention.
  • Use employee feedback and data to inform action planning and culture initiatives.
  • HR Data & Analytics
  • Leverage HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders, including SVP of Talent.
  • Monitor regional KPIs related to attrition, engagement, performance, and hiring effectiveness.
  • Learning & Development
  • Identify skills gaps and partner with the Learning & Development team to deploy relevant training and leadership development initiatives across the region.

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or HR generalist capacity supporting LatAm markets.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed environment and navigating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices across multiple LatAm countries (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Colombia).
  • Proven experience managing organizational change, especially in relation to legal entity set-up and employee transitions from EORs.
  • Experience rolling out and localizing benefits programs in new or scaling markets.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus).
  • A can-do attitude, with a dream to grow alongside us.

We’ve highlighted some key skills, experience and requirements for this role. But please don’t worry if you don’t meet every single one. Our talent team strives to find the best people. They might see something in your background that’s a fit for this role, or another opportunity at MiQ.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
