Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanics, electronics, materials, mechatronics, robotics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) experience.
• At least 3 years in the automotive industry.
• Mastery of the Die Casting process and process curves.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the production line ensuring resources and conditions meet production requirements.
• Develop and improve work instructions and process parameters for die casting and secondary operations.
• Conduct cycle time studies and promote continuous improvement across teams.
