QUALCOMM SEMICONDUCTORES Y SISTEMAS AVANZADOS DE BAJA CALIFORNIA is seeking a Hardware Engineer to develop test solutions for high-speed SERDES interfaces and characterize PCIe, USB3, UFS, DP, and MIPI interfaces. You will define test methodologies, perform characterization, and drive first silicon bring-up with external foundries.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years hardware experience.
• Master's degree in same fields with 1+ year hardware experience.
• PhD in related field.
• English fluent (>95% verbal and written).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute test methodologies for high-speed SERDES interfaces (PCIe, USB3, UFS, DP, MIPI, PLLs).
• Characterize HS interfaces and optimize electrical parameters across conditions.
• Lead first silicon bring-up and debug with external foundries; analyze parametric data.
• Collaborate with IC Design, Systems Engineering, and Customer Engineering to resolve issues.
