CoverGo, a leading insurtech no‑code platform, seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to work with clients and technical teams to define business problems and craft practical analytical solutions. You will design processes, gather requirements, and document complex needs while supporting QA, UAT, and release activities.

You will plan and prioritize work in an Agile setting, contribute to test scenarios, and help create clear documentation.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst.
• Degree in Business, IT or relevant field.
• Health insurance industry experience required.
• Insurtech experience preferred.
• Health Insurance domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is advantageous.
• Knowledge of BA concepts: requirements, translating to solutions, Agile prioritization.
• BA skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering and UAT testing.
• Strong organizational/time management to meet deadlines.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is a must.
• Knowledge of documenting system functionality, data integration and workflow.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Technical writing skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.
• Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.
• Make recommendations to improve and support business activities.
• Gather requirements via sessions and interviews; analyze and document complex requirements; communicate to stakeholders.
• Create complex test case scenarios and oversee testing to ensure client requirements are reflected in design.
• Develop business requirements documents or user stories for required modifications.
• May plan, allocate and monitor work of other business analysts.
• Understand systems and data to surface actionable insights and support decisions.
• Assist in providing time estimates for project tasks.
• Aid in updating process and procedural documentation.
• Develop understanding of mobile/web app development cycles.
• Support QA, UAT and Release phases via defect analysis and change maintenance.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned.
