Purpose
Kueski is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and drive scalable growth across all products, with a focus on Kueski Pay.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
As a key leader, you will head the cross-functional Acquisition Squad, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture to optimize growth sustainably.
- Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the Acquisition Squad, fostering a high-performance and data-driven culture.
- Define and communicate the acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with company OKRs.
- Present acquisition performance, insights, and key results to senior leadership and tribe leads, ensuring accountability and strategic alignment.
- Oversee operational coordination, ensuring the squad has the necessary resources and resolving blockers.
- Drive cross-functionally to integrate growth initiatives while balancing strategic goals and operational constraints.
- Establish and manage the cadence of reporting, performance reviews, and executive escalations.
- Customer Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Develop, and optimize acquisition strategies for Kueski Pay, including new user promotions, cross-sell initiatives, and funnel optimizations.
- Collaborate with the Performance team on the execution and performance of user acquisition campaigns, including paid media, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage customer incentives (cashback, coupons, discounts) ensuring balance between short-term conversions and long-term profitability.
- Design and execute experiments across marketing, pricing, risk, and product strategies to improve efficiency and reduce acquisition costs.
- Funnel Optimization & Conversion Growth
- Improve the customer journey from session to loan disbursement, optimizing conversion rates at each step of the funnel.
- Oversee marketing automation, retargeting, and personalization strategies to increase engagement and loan applications.
- Partner with Product and Data teams to enhance website and landing page experiences, for higher conversions.
- Data-Driven Growth & Experimentation
- Develop and maintain a quantified growth model, incorporating OKRs and budget forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze acquisition performance, continuously optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
- Prioritize and track the impact of acquisition initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Implement and refine attribution models to improve marketing measurement and decision-making.
- Own the development and management of acquisition dashboards, ensuring comprehensive visibility into performance trends.
- Enhance data measurement capabilities in collaboration with Product and Data teams, including Google Tag Manager and Amplitude tracking
- Budget & Resource Management
- Plan, manage, and optimize the acquisition budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
- Balance growth targets with cost-efficiency, maintaining a healthy CAC-to-LTV ratio.
- Work with finance and leadership teams to adjust acquisition strategies based on business priorities and budget constraints.
Position Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition roles, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition at scale.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams or squads.
- Expertise in paid media strategy, digital marketing, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, attribution models, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic trade-offs and execute tactically.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing large acquisition budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and scalable growth.
