Job summary

This role supports the existing creative team with overflow projects on a project-based schedule, averaging 5–10 hours per week, with remote collaboration across time zones, including North America.

The candidate will work under the Design Director, shaping visual identity for campaigns and events, exploring AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

• Strong conceptual design and art direction experience.
• Proven ability to lead creative concepts and processes.
• Experience delivering B2B and corporate-focused creative work.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2B conceptual design thinking, creative development and art direction.
• Develop visual identities for events, campaigns and corporate initiatives.
• Provide overflow creative support and help alleviate workload.
• Apply strategic thinking to design decisions, including photography styles.
• Collaborate with production designers to extend concepts.
