Vertiv in Mexicali, MX is seeking a qualified professional to coordinate and supervise import and export operations under IMMEX. The role requires coordinating with Customs Brokers, maintaining Annex 24 inventory control, and ensuring compliance with tariff and regulatory regimes.

The candidate will work with logistics, planning, production, procurement, engineering and Compliance to ensure proper execution and traceability. Travel availability and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree in management or engineering preferred.
• One year of experience.
• Experience in managing Annex 24 inventory control systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise import and export operations, ensuring compliance with current customs regulations and internal procedures.
• Maintain coordination with Customs Brokers for timely clearances and inspections.
• Administer inventory control in accordance with Annex 24 requirements.
• Coordinate with internal areas to ensure execution and traceability of IMMEX operations.
• Ensure correct application of customs regimes and verify transactions within authorized terms.
• Monitor compliance with Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions for IMMEX operations.
• Supervise preparation, validation, and transmission of customs declarations.
• Ensure integration and retention of foreign trade compliance files.
• Coordinate customs support during extended hours, second shifts, and weekends.
