Job summary

Franke Group in Mexico seeks an experienced Senior Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end strategy across planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics and GTM, ensuring an agile response to demand in a high-mix, low-volume environment and delivering sustainable cost improvements.

You will lead demand planning, materials sourcing, master production scheduling, inbound and outbound operations, ERP/MRP optimization, and data-driven decision making, balancing service

Qualifications

• Leadership across Demand Planning, Materials Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Customer Fulfillment.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with high-mix, low-volume environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Demand Planning: validate customer demand vs capacity and supply strategies.
• Develop sourcing and materials planning to ensure timely availability and optimized stock.
• Oversee Master Production Scheduling to align demand with capacity.
• Direct inbound materials management and ensure inventory integrity.
• Optimize shipping, fulfillment, and logistics to meet service levels.
• Manage GTM, international transportation, and trade compliance.
