Job summary

Jabil, a global leader in engineering, manufacturing and supply chain solutions, seeks a Senior Compliance Specialist to join the Global Ethics & Compliance team for the Americas. You will help promote Code of Conduct, manage investigations, and drive risk assessments across the region.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, plus at least 4 years in forensic/compliance work, with opportunities to shape training, policy updates and cross-functional action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management or related field required.
• Master’s degree, CPA, CFE or CIA preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of forensic and compliance-related experience.
• Experience in anti-bribery/anti-corruption in multinational setting.
• Strong investigative, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage investigations caseload with planning, interviewing, data gathering, and reporting.
• Identify and analyze financial and operational data for investigations.
• Collaborate with HR and internal teams to close compliance issues.
• Provide training and support eDiscovery activities.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies.
• Support M&A compliance risk assessments and integration.
