Job summary

Jabil, a global leader in engineering and manufacturing solutions, seeks a Global Compliance Specialist I to support the ethics and compliance program across the organization. This role partners with management to execute initiatives, manage the Integrity and Ethics Hotline, and develop training materials.

The candidate will assist with risk assessments, due diligence, and communications to improve worldwide compliance.

Qualifications

• BA preferred or equivalent work experience providing fundamental knowledge and concepts.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in a multinational corporate setting.
• Proven experience effectively applying company policies and procedures to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage Global Compliance initiatives across Code of Conduct, M&A risk assessment and integration, Records Management, and Hotline and Training.
• Assist in management of the Integrity and Ethics Hotline and related investigations and training activities.
• Create concise, organized presentations to report objectives and impact to the compliance agenda.
• Collaborate with HR on compliance training requirements and implementation.
• Ensure timely internal investigations and efficient due diligence for M&A and facility integrations.

Education

BA preferred, or the equivalent work experience that provides requisite knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
