Flix is seeking an Expert General Ledger Accountant to join the Central Accounting Team. The role focuses on accurate GL across entities, close processes, and compliance with IFRS. You will collaborate with Tax, Legal, Systems, and regional teams to drive improvements and maintain robust controls.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in GL accounting, IFRS knowledge, and experience with Oracle Fusion. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred in our multinational environment.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of accounting/finance experience with strong GL expertise.
• Experience in IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with tax compliance and audits in a shared services/ multinational setting.
• Experience implementing or transforming ERP processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead GL accounting across entities, ensuring accuracy and internal controls.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes.
• Coordinate with Tax, Legal, and Finance teams for compliance.
• Support audits with proper documentation and explanations.
• Drive process improvements and system optimization initiatives.
