Bluelight Consulting seeks an experienced backend-focused software engineer to join a fast-growing team in Saltillo. You will develop high-quality, low-latency APIs in AWS and contribute to a scalable RESTful service portfolio across complex systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in backend development with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL (RLS), and React experience, plus strong testing, CI/CD, and multi-tenant security skills. Remote-friendly with US-hour overlap; Bachelor’s degree required.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience (backend-focused).
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience building low-latency API services in AWS and scalable RESTful APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB, including Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Experience with secure multi-tenant environments and raw SQL plus migrations.
• Proficient with React and testing practices including integration tests against real databases.
• CI/CD, containerized services, and familiarity with AI coding assistants.
• Ability to overlap US business hours and hold to deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree is required; strong ownership and client-focused mindset.
