The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in IT and possess at least 5 years of experience in production support with .NET Core and GraphQL expertise. This position is crucial for maintaining service quality and improving process efficiencies.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in support of web applications with advanced .NET Core API design.
• Experience in software packaging and release management.
• Ability to perform triage and analysis for production support.

Responsabilidades

• Perform rapid intake, triage, and prioritization of alerts, tickets, and incidents.
• Act as Incident Owner during high-severity events.
• Execute root-cause isolation across application, middleware, APIs, data, and infrastructure.
