DXC Technology in Mexico City seeks an experienced software engineering leader to guide a team of engineers, provide guidance, code reviews, and technical support while aligning with the software strategy and delivery goals.

You will mentor and develop talent, collaborate across cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage tasks and risks, monitor timelines and budgets, and promote a culture of innovation, learning and high performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Typically 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies
• Strong programming and debugging skills
• Leadership or mentoring experience a plus
• Familiarity with software development best practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role

Responsabilidades

• Support a team of software engineers with guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
