Job summary

Partner Company in Mexico is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to own backend development, infrastructure, and key product features from concept to launch. You will work in a lean engineering environment with the Tech Lead to shape architecture and technical direction.

The role emphasizes building scalable systems with Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and AI-powered development tools, contributing to product growth and long-term impact.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in backend engineering or full-stack development with a strong backend focus.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with hands-on experience building production-grade applications.
• Frontend experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of product features through the lifecycle from ideation to release and performance analysis.
• Build and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, with occasional frontend work in React/Next.js.
• Design, implement, and evolve cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate on architecture and technical direction with the Tech Lead and drive engineering practices (CI/CD, testing).
• Advocate for AI-native tooling and agentic coding workflows to improve productivity and product quality.
